Find out more about who we are and where we’re going next.

Graham’s horticultural knowledge and expertise opens the garden gates on some extraordinary places around the world.  You’ll go behind the scenes at major garden shows to meet exhibitors, be invited into private gardens to meet the owners and hear their thoughts, and you’ll discover some unknown garden gems.

Our tour groups are relaxed, friendly and small.  Wherever possible we base ourselves in a great hotel in an interesting part of a beautiful city for four nights so you can unpack and relax.  We build plenty of free time into our itineraries so that you can enjoy your luxury accommodation and spend some time shopping and following up your own interests.  Whether you’re travelling with a partner, friends, or on your own you’re bound to make new friends.  Ross Garden tours are so much fun that people find themselves coming back again and again – nearly three-quarters of our travellers have travelled with us before. Dinner conversation at the end of a tour is inevitably about where we’re all going next!

Graham and Sandra Ross started Ross Garden Tours in 1978 to share beautiful gardens around the world with fellow garden-lovers. Their children Linda and Kent have also joined the company, Kent as general manager, and Linda as garden designer, horticulturist and garden communicator.

You can hear Graham on the Garden Clinic radio show on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 6am-9am on radio 2GB, and Linda on radio Talking Lifestyle’s Home & Holiday show with Tim Webster Monday to Friday from 12noon – 1pm. You can also listen and join in at www.2gb.com and www.talkinglifestyle.com.au.

Graham hosts Better Homes and Gardens television show every Friday night at 7.30 pm on the Seven Network around Australia.  Find out more at www.bhg.com.

The Ross Family also publishes the Garden Clinic Journal, a magazine for members of the Garden Clinic Club, Australia’s largest gardening club.

In Australia we offer short breaks, week-long rambles and longer wildflower safaris.  Overseas, we lead tours on four continents.  You can join a Ross Garden tour from Australia, or from Europe, America or Asia.  We stay in luxury accommodation, and pre-arrange all bus, ferry or train travel.  Local guides share insights into history, culture, and the best local restaurants and shops. Your Ross Garden tour leader is your personal escort. We take care of everything so all you need to do is enjoy your holiday.

Ross Garden Tour leaders are a handpicked group with experience in garden, food and wildflower travel. They provide a fascinating commentary to the tour, manage daily itineraries and take you to all the must-see (and eat) destinations! Our tour leaders create a relaxed and memorable tour for all our guests.

We provide a comprehensive booking service to save you time and money. Just call us and we can organise your tour and your flights, as well as tickets to the opera, ballet or theatre in any of the cities you’ll be visiting.  We can also organise extensions either before or after the tour. Just let us know what you’d like to do and we will arrange it. You’ll be invited to our pre-tour get together, where you’ll meet your fellow travellers and your tour leader and discuss what’s in store. And when you set off on tour a Ross Garden Tours representative will be there to lend a hand and wish you bon voyage! At the end of the year all of our travellers get together to celebrate, catch up with travel friends and share photos and stories.

The tour price includes your accommodation, travel, sightseeing, entrance fees, meals as specified, porterage and tipping. Airfares are included in the full tour price.
