DAY 1
Thursday 7 January 2016
Home – Launceston (AT/D)

Depart Sydney arrive Launceston around
midday.
Time to discover the lovely village of
Evandale with free time for lunch.
We’ll travel to Panshanger Estate, a
historical homestead on the Macquarie
River and enjoy afternoon tea on arrival.
Check in to our home for the next three
nights, at the lovely Peppers Seaport on
the Launceston waterfront. Welcome
dinner is included tonight at the iconic
Stillwater restaurant.

DAY 2
Friday 8 January 2016
Bridestowe Lavender Farm (B/L)

It’s all about lavender today! Endless
fields of lavender flowers will take your
breath away. We’ll enjoy morning tea,
learn about the distillation process, do
some shopping and then lunch under
the grand oak trees in view of all that
blooms at Bridestowe Lavender Farm.
Afternoon visit to Cataract Gorge.

DAY 3
Saturday 9 January 2016
Wychwood, Meander Valley (B/L/D)

Wychwood is one of Australia’s best
gardens. Karen Hall and Peter Cooper
have created a small garden oasis
of huge borders, a heritage orchard,
productive potager, a warm, comfy home
with a trout stream as a back boundary.
It nestles within the rolling hills of the
Meander Valley in northern Tasmania.
It is, quite literally, paradise. Farewell
dinner tonight at Mud Restaurant.

Sunday 10 January 2016
Launceston – Home (B)

After breakfast we’ll transfer to the
airport for our flight home.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations received 180-120 days prior to departure will incur loss of deposit.
Cancellations received between 119-60 days prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received between 59-30 days prior to departure will incur a 75% cancellation fee plus any non-recoverable costs incurred.
Cancellations received within 30 days prior to departure will incur 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be sent in writing.
Cancellation fee is based upon the total amounts paid including tours, airfares and all other travel arrangements.
